A Full-Service Transformation: Driveway, Walkway, Pool Deck, Outdoor Kitchen, Turf, & Firepit

At Audubon Boulevard, we embarked on an exciting project that was more than just hardscaping; it was about creating a true getaway close to home. After our client had the interior of their home remodeled, they desired an exterior that matched. This full-service transformation included an exterior overhaul, turning their property into a seasonal paradise.

Rooted Challenges, Elevated Solutions

Our journey faced its share of challenges. We had to delicately cut back roots under the old driveway that interfered with the installation of the new one. Challenges met innovative solutions as we sculpted the landscape to fit our vision.

Elegant Patterns, Exceptional Materials

The timeless Running Bond pattern with Thick Interlocking Concrete Pavers graced the driveway and walkway, while Coral Stone adorned the pool deck and outdoor kitchen. The color palette, a delicate dance of White Charcoal and Coral, added elegance and vibrancy.

Craftsmanship Woven with Precision

The driveway’s transformation began with the removal & hauling away of existing driveway pavers & then locate any lower areas that need crushed lime rock spread to even out which we added sand on top of to sand set the Tri-Circle Pavers. Before we can finish off by topping with silica sand to brush in, pact in, and rinse off we installed concrete edge restraints around all the outside open borders.

For the pool deck, we spread 1″ of Mud-setting stone pavers followed by mud-set installation of Natural Stone pavers throughout pool deck area. The joints we had grouted with tec grout & installed 110 L.F of Deco Drain to help with the removal of water on pavers.

In crafting a haven at Audubon Boulevard, our personal touch and creativity took center stage. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the placement of features like the Fire Pit surrounded by artificial turf inserts, was meticulously designed for aesthetic appeal and comfort.

Sealed for Perfection: Maintenance Insights

Both the driveway and pool deck received a water-based sealer. The driveway, enhanced for maximum protection, stood resilient under the sun. The pool deck, with a matte finish, ensured safety during those warm summer days.

A Fiery Finish and Reflections

A standout feature of the project was the Fire Pit, a focal point surrounded by lush artificial turf inserts. This element added a touch of warmth and sophistication to the overall design.
